I recently had the pleasure to do some backpacking on the Western Uplands trail in Algonquin Provincial Park. The terrain was relatively easy, so even though we were on foot, we managed to cover a lot of distance each day. Approximately 50km total to be exact.

A Quick Escape

I had the need and desire to escape everyday life. I needed some nature therapy. So I did what any self respecting nature enthusiast would do. I packed up some gear and headed north to the beautiful Bruce Peninsula National Park, where I hiked out to Stormhaven backcountry camping area. With camera in tow my aim was to relax, and create some landscape photographs to share.
