Since I first laid my eyes on the Tantalus range I have been enthralled by its beauty. Turning the bend on the Sea to Sky HWY they come into view. The jagged peaks, and sweeping glaciers are simply breathtaking. Good thing there is an area to pull of and take in the views.

The beach is typically known as a fun place. But many people neglect to visit in the winter months. It's a shame since it's transformed into an absolutely stunning landscape.

For the past few years my climbing has evolved to focus on highball bouldering. Searching out for a perfect line, that is not only aesthetic, but fun to climb as well.

I met Tucker Webb while in Squamish, BC. I was there to climb, and take photographs and hopefully stumble upon an interesting story or two.

This is a write up I did for Solo Eyewear's blog last year. It's a quick articulation of my experience doing a multipitch climb in Squamish, BC. It was adapted from a larger story which will be featured in a book I've been working on.

As time passes I become more and more aware of the world around me. I long for an escape, to relax, and purge my mind from life's stresses. The following is an attempt at articulating how using photography enables this liberated state.

My photography work, and adventurous lifestyle lead outsiders to believe that I live an amazing life. I kind of do and I'm greatly appreciative for a lot of the things I've been able to do, and places I've been able to see. But there is another side of me that I've been keeping away from the public's eye. Really only family and close friends have been made aware that I've been struggling with a chronic digestive disease for the past four years.
